1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PeterVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

PeterVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services through a Chrome browser extension. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use PeterVPN, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Use the service from permitted jurisdictions

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PeterVPN to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in copyright infringement or piracy
• Conduct illegal activities or cyber attacks
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass our service limitations

5. Service Plans

Free Plan: Limited to 3 connections with access to select proxy servers.

Pro Plan ($4.99/month): Unlimited connections with access to all premium proxy servers.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Coinnect

• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified

• Subscriptions auto-renew every 32 days

• Refunds are provided at our discretion

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, PeterVPN is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use your data. We maintain a strict no-logging policy for your browsing activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All PeterVPN branding, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

PeterVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PeterVPN harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

13. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PeterVPN after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Affiliate Program Terms

Eligibility and Approval: Participation in the PeterVPN Affiliate Program is subject to approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Insufficient audience reach or engagement
• Content that does not align with our brand values
• Previous violations of our terms or policies
• Geographic restrictions or regulatory compliance issues

Commission Structure: Affiliates may earn commissions based on the selected tier (10%, 15%, or 20% discount codes). Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice. Commissions are calculated on net revenue after refunds, chargebacks, and fees.

Payment Terms:

• Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50
• Payments are made within 30-45 days after the end of each month
• We reserve the right to withhold, delay, or forfeit commission payments for any affiliate who:
• Violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity
• Generates refunds or chargebacks exceeding 20% of referred sales
• Uses misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Fails to maintain active promotion (at least one video/post per 30 days)
• Promotes content we deem inappropriate or harmful to our brand

Brand Protection: PeterVPN reserves the absolute right to terminate affiliate partnerships and withhold pending payments if an affiliate's content, behavior, or associations are determined, in our sole discretion, to be incompatible with our brand image, values, or business interests. This includes but is not limited to:

• Controversial, offensive, or divisive content
• Association with illegal activities or unethical practices
• Negative publicity or reputational concerns
• Content targeting prohibited audiences or use cases
• Any activity that could harm PeterVPN's reputation or business

Content Requirements: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with PeterVPN in accordance with FTC guidelines. All marketing materials must be truthful and not make exaggerated claims about our service. We reserve the right to request removal or modification of any content referencing PeterVPN.

Prohibited Activities:

• Bidding on PeterVPN trademarked terms in paid search
• Using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive practices
• Cookie stuffing or other attribution manipulation
• Incentivizing clicks or purchases through cashback or rewards
• Self-referrals or referring fake accounts

Modification and Termination: We may modify commission rates, program terms, or terminate the affiliate program entirely with 30 days notice. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, pending commissions may be forfeited if minimum thresholds are not met or violations are discovered.

No Guarantees: Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee acceptance, continued partnership, or payment. All payments are subject to verification and may be adjusted or reversed if discrepancies are found. PeterVPN makes no guarantees regarding potential earnings or program longevity.

Audit Rights: We reserve the right to audit affiliate activities, traffic sources, and conversion quality at any time. Failure to cooperate with audits or provide requested information may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending payments.

Liability Disclaimer: PeterVPN shall not be liable for any lost profits, indirect damages, or consequences arising from participation in or termination from the affiliate program. Affiliates participate at their own risk and expense.
